Do you send product samples to blogs?

We send product samples to blogs that fit regarding the content, tonality and general orientation of the blog to our Baumkuchen products and our company.

Regarding the scope of your blog, we ask you to provide up-to-date media data as well as information on desired forms of cooperation. Please note that we are currently focusing on high-reach blogs rather than Instagram. For further questions please contact us via our contact form.

You did not receive an order confirmation?

After an order has been placed, you will receive an order confirmation by email immediately. If you have not received an email, we ask you to contact us. Often it is due to an wrongly specified email address, which we can easily correct in our system.

Do you offer tours in the Baumkuchen Manufaktur?

Yes. Let yourself be seduced by the fragrance of our freshly baked Baumkuchen. Be a guest in the production of our Baumkuchen products and learn more about the history and present of the production of Baumkuchen in Cottbus. Guided tours for groups of 12 persons up to a maximum of 20 persons by prior appointment from Monday to Friday (October to April, except December).

What is the best-before date of your products?

Finest raw materials, the renunciation of any preservatives and artificial flavors as well as the passion of our confectioners have been the guarantors for the quality of our products from time immemorial.

Why do you have circa prices?

For our products, the accounting is based on actual weight. Our Baumkuchen are baked according to traditional craftsmanship. Each Baumkuchen is unique and thus has a different weight.

The prices in our online shop are therefore (with the exception of our cakes and stollen) only indicative. Following the production of your ordered products, you will receive your invoice from us.

 

What shipping options do you offer?

We ship our Baumkuchen products with DHL to Germany, to the European Union as well as to the whole world. An overview of our shipping costs can be found here.

What payment options do you offer?

Only prepayment. When the invoice is received, the purchase price has to be paid to the Cottbus Baumkuchen Manufaktur within three working days. You can also pay via PayPal. After payment has been received, the goods are dispatched to the customer.

How can I order your products?

You have up to three different options to order our products. The simplest option is our online shop. You can purchase our products quickly and easily via our SSL encrypted online shop.

However, if you prefer another option, we also offer you a PDF order form on our website. You can send us the PDF order form by Telefax to +49 (0) 355 2 89 22 74, by Email baumkuchen@baumkuchen-cottbus.de or by post (Cottbus Baumkuchen Manufaktur, Mühlenstraße 45, 03046 Cottbus, Germany).

As a third option we offer you to order via telephone order. Orders can be placed under the following telephone number: +49 (0) 355 2 89 22 73.

Is the order confirmation my bill?

No. After your order, you will immediately receive an order confirmation by email, indicating the expected price of the goods to be manufactured. The order confirmation is not yet the acceptance of the purchase contract. The purchase contract is concluded by sending an invoice within five calendar days after your order by the Cottbus Baumkuchen Manufaktur.

I forgot something in my order! How do I proceed?

Please contact us immediately by telephone or email and keep your order confirmation ready. In order to save you the double shipping costs, it is usually not a problem if you contact us quickly after your order.
