Crisp protection from the outside
Like the bark of a tree, the fine coating of dark chocolate protects our Baumkuchen. For the chocolate, we use first-class Belgian dark chocolate with an intense cocoa aroma and fruity and slightly bitter notes.
Each Baumspitze is unique
As soon as you bite in one of our Dark Chocolate Baumspitzen, their famous rings appear, which look like the annual growth rings of a tree. The irregular structure corresponds to their counterparts in nature and represents the time-consuming manual work we invest into each of our Baumspitzen. Each one is absolutely unique and consists of between ten and twenty layers.

In order to be able to guarantee the quality of our Baumkuchen, we only use high-quality raw materials. When it comes to the raw materials, quality, regionality and environmental aspects are all equally important to us. As a result, we ensure that our Baumkuchen get this excellent juicy and pleasant sweet taste.

Product Information
Our Baumspitzen with dark chocolate are alcohol-free. The alcohol you’ll see in the ingredients list is completely evaporated during the baking process because of the high temperatures. It only leaves its flavour, which is part of the distinctive taste of our Baumspitzen with dark chocolate.
The number of pieces per package is between 9 and 12 Baumspitzen. The number depends on the weight of the packaging (290g).
Minimum shelf life
