Status of your order

To track your order please enter your Order ID in the box below and press the "Track" button. This was given to you on your receipt and in the confirmation email you should have received.

For the tracking of your shipment, please use the DHL shipment tracking. With this you can track your package and see the expected date of delivery. For tracking, simply enter your shipment number and the current status will be displayed in the package tracking. The consignment number can be found in the e-mail “order completed”.


What does which status mean?

Order received

Your order has been received. If you have not received an order confirmation by e-mail, please contact us.

In Bearbeitung (In Progress)

Your order is in progress, that means that your ordered products are currently being baked at our Baumkuchen Manufaktur.

Zahlung ausstehend (Outstanding payment)

We have sent you the invoice by e-mail. Please transfer the amount due by bank transfer or PayPal. The best before date of your ordered products starts upon receipt of the invoice. To get your goods fresh, we ask for a speedy transfer of the total amount due.

Bestellung abgeschlossen (Order completed)

We have received your payment and have handed over your ordered goods to DHL. The tracking code to track your shipment can be found in the email we sent you upon completion of your order.
